As a former commercial litigation lawyer, I understand the dynamics of high pressure workplaces. I help people to establish an effective work life balance to prevent burnout promote sound mental health. I assist in developing effective and efficient work practices, improving communication and interpersonal skills and identifying core values and strengths.

How it works
My aim is to teach you the skills and strategies you need within 6 - 10 sessions so you can self-regulate.
I also support clients through long term life stressors and provide top-up or check-in sessions.
